Job Title: Infrastructure Delivery Lead

Job Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

Strong experience in infrastructure delivery across compute, VDI, database, and storage domains.
Proven experience in client and stakeholder management.
Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery governance.
Knowledge of cloud and on-prem infrastructure environments.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

Extensive experience in infrastructure delivery, operations, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary escalation and governance contact for infrastructure delivery.
Manage relationships with client stakeholders, IT leadership, and cross-functional teams.
Lead service reviews, governance meetings, and executive reporting.
Ensure delivery adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
Oversee infrastructure services including compute, VDI, database, and storage platforms.
Govern change management, release processes, and capacity planning.
Provide technical oversight and review architecture, migration strategies, and solutions.
Drive modernization initiatives such as cloud migration and infrastructure optimization.
Lead multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery teams.
Promote operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Should Have:

Experience with Hyper-V, Citrix, and cloud IaaS platforms.
Knowledge of database systems such as SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with storage technologies including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage.
Experience in transformation programs and large-scale migrations.

Skills:

Infrastructure management and service delivery.
Stakeholder and client management.
Technical leadership and architecture review.
Risk management and governance.
Team leadership and coordination.

Qualification and Education:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
