Senior Technical Product Manager, Health Plan Technology & Delivery

The ideal candidate brings strong healthcare payer experience together with a working understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, Agile delivery, HealthEdge/HealthRules Payer, GuidingCare, and other Health Plan platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of technical product management, technology program management, application delivery, business systems, or similar experience.
- 3+ years of healthcare/payer technology experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and technology.
- Experience with HealthEdge/HealthRules Payer, GuidingCare, or comparable payer platforms strongly preferred.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, data flows, and system architecture.
- Experience translating complex business processes into technical requirements and solutions.
- Experience managing product backlogs, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, technical dependencies, and releases.
- Strong Agile/Scrum delivery knowledge.
- Experience working with engineering, architecture, integration, data, QA, security, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Strong technical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or comparable Product certification.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum, or comparable program/delivery certification.
- HealthEdge/HealthRules Payer and/or GuidingCare implementation or enhancement experience.
