Summary

Requirements:

8 or more years of experience in Databricks workspace administration within AWS environments.
Proficiency in Apache Spark concepts including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Experience with cluster configuration, job orchestration, and workspace management.
Experience in user access management using IAM, SCIM, and role-based access control.
Experience with integrating cloud storage services such as Amazon S3.
Experience in Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and Python scripting for platform automation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Administer and configure cloud workspaces to enable scalable data engineering and AI/ML workloads.
Manage cluster policies and workspace governance standards to maintain platform reliability.
Monitor platform health and perform performance tuning to support enterprise analytics.
Implement data security, encryption, and compliance across the cloud infrastructure.
Optimize Databricks workloads for cost efficiency and resource management.
Orchestrate data lakehouse architectures using Unity Catalog for centralized governance.
Support development teams by managing notebooks and MLflow integrations.
