Summary

Requirements

5 or more years of experience in Varicent ICM development and incentive compensation modeling.
Proficiency in Presenter Adaptive Reports for dashboards, analytics, and payout summaries.
Experience with SQL script development and relational database ETL processes.
Experience with Varicent Web Admin and web forms for workflow configuration.
Experience in designing complex calculation logic, crediting rules, and quotas.
Experience in UAT, regression testing, and incentive model data validation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable calculation logic and data stores for incentive models.
Configure dynamic Presenter Adaptive Reports to visualize payout summaries and metrics.
Optimize SQL scripts and data validation routines to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Lead regression testing and calculation audits to verify incentive model integrity.
Troubleshoot payout discrepancies, data anomalies, and workflow configuration issues.
Support monthly payout processing and operational compensation activities.
Administer workflows and user interaction components via Varicent Web Admin tools.
