Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Data Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support the development of a data platform that presents school system information in a clear, accessible, and actionable way. This role focuses on transforming complex data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations that help school systems identify growth opportunities, set strategic goals, and improve student outcomes.
The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with the ability to design user-friendly, low-code tools and dashboards that enable non-technical users to understand data, track progress, and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze school system data and translate findings into clear, practical recommendations.
- Identify trends, gaps, and priority areas to support goal-setting and continuous improvement.
- Turn complex datasets into understandable insights that support decision-making at multiple levels.
Platform & Tool Development
- Build and maintain low-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Qualtrics, and similar tools) to display school system data and collect progress and impact inputs.
- Design user-friendly digital tools that present data in clear, organized, and intuitive formats.
Dashboards, Automation & Data Collection
- Create dashboards that allow school systems to view key metrics and performance indicators in one place.
- Develop automated systems (forms, surveys, applications, and workflows) to collect, organize, and manage data efficiently.
- Ensure tools are accessible to non-technical users and support quick interpretation and action.
