Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS OAF Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll modules and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development, customization, integrations, and support activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) development
  • Good experience in Oracle Payroll modules
  • Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher
  • Experience developing and customizing OAF pages and extensions
  • Knowledge of Oracle HRMS and Payroll processes
  • Experience with Workflow, APIs, Interface tables, and Concurrent Programs
  • Strong understanding of AME and SSHR customizations
  • Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work with functional teams and business users to gather requirements
  • Experience with integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Oracle OAF pages, extensions, and personalizations
  • Support Oracle Payroll and HRMS-related enhancements and production issues
  • Design and develop technical solutions based on business requirements
  • Create and maintain technical design documents
  • Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, reports, and interfaces
  • Work on data migration, conversions, and integrations
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and support activities
  • Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams in Agile project environments

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM integrations is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of BI Publisher and Oracle Integration technologies
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
