Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS OAF Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll modules and Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite technical development, customization, integrations, and support activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Applications Framework (OAF) development
- Good experience in Oracle Payroll modules
- Expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher
- Experience developing and customizing OAF pages and extensions
- Knowledge of Oracle HRMS and Payroll processes
- Experience with Workflow, APIs, Interface tables, and Concurrent Programs
- Strong understanding of AME and SSHR customizations
- Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Ability to work with functional teams and business users to gather requirements
- Experience with integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party systems
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Oracle OAF pages, extensions, and personalizations
- Support Oracle Payroll and HRMS-related enhancements and production issues
- Design and develop technical solutions based on business requirements
- Create and maintain technical design documents
- Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, reports, and interfaces
- Work on data migration, conversions, and integrations
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and support activities
- Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams in Agile project environments
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM integrations is an added advantage
- Knowledge of BI Publisher and Oracle Integration technologies
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
