Description- We are building a dedicated AI Development POD to support enterprise-scale transformation initiatives within the global payments industry. This high-performing engineering team will function as a self-sufficient unit responsible for delivering end-to-end product capabilities-from concept and design through deployment and operational support.
- We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive execution across a portfolio of strategic modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, database transformation, AI-enabled application development, and engineering process optimization.
- experience managing large-scale technical programs or technology transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading complex software development projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and enterprise application development.
- Experience managing cloud transformation or modernization programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven success managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and program governance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
