  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Productivity Security strategy covering AI assistants (e.g., Copilot), enterprise APIs, desktop and mobile applications, and modern work tooling.
  • Oversee the implementation of security controls for AI usage, including prompt protections, data leakage prevention, API access controls, and workload isolation.
  • Drive endpoint application security across managed devices, including application allow listing, privilege management, browser security, and secure configuration enforcement.
  • Secure mobile device and application ecosystems, including MDM/MAM integrations, mobile app protections, and data-in-use controls.
  • Partner with engineering, workplace technology, cloud, and product teams to embed security into productivity platforms by design.
  • Conduct and oversee threat modeling, risk assessments, and security testing across AI workflows, APIs, endpoints, and mobile applications.
  • Define and enforce security standards, guardrails, and best practices related to AI usage, API consumption, and endpoint/mobile application security.
  • Stay current with emerging threats, misuse patterns, and regulatory expectations related to AI enablement and workforce productivity technologies.
  • Report on control effectiveness, residual risk, and incidents related to productivity platforms to senior leadership.

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with demonstrated ownership of endpoint, application, API, AI, or other security domains (i.e., DLP, Vulnerability Management, SOC/IR, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of AI security concepts, including prompt risk, data exposure pathways, agent misuse, and identity-based access controls.
  • Solid foundation in API security principles, including authentication, authorization, abuse detection, and integration patterns.
  • Experience securing endpoint applications and browsers, including application control, privilege management, and user activity monitoring.
  • Familiarity with mobile security architectures, including MDM/MAM, app-level protection, and secure data handling.
  • Working knowledge of relevant frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, OWASP Top 10, OWASP API Top 10).
  • Ability to communicate risk clearly and influence cross-functional stakeholders across security, IT, engineering, and product teams.

Added bonus if you have

  • Experience with mobile security tooling such as Intune MDM/MAM or comparable enterprise mobility platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI governance models, acceptable-use guardrails, and audit-ready AI control frameworks in regulated environments.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or cloud / endpoint-focused security certifications.
