Scrum Lead / Agile Project Manager – Digital Client Enablement

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Lead / Agile Project Manager to support multiple Agile delivery pods focused on Digital Client Enablement, Middleware, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Technology initiatives.
This role will serve as the lead Scrum Master, driving Agile execution, delivery transparency, stakeholder alignment, dependency management, and continuous improvement across cross-functional technology teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong Agile leadership skills and experience coordinating complex technology initiatives involving middleware, APIs, infrastructure, and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Agile Leadership & Facilitation
- Serve as Scrum Master for multiple Agile delivery teams.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
- Drive continuous improvement and team effectiveness.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy and prioritized backlogs.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery forecasting.
Delivery & Dependency Management
- Coordinate delivery across multiple technology teams and workstreams.
