  • Ensure compliance with global eCall regulations and safety requirements

4. Validation, Debugging & Issue Resolution

  • Perform system-level debugging using CANoe, CANalyzer, Vehicle Spy, and diagnostic tools
  • Analyze CAN, Ethernet, and backend logs to perform root cause analysis
  • Support vehicle and bench testing in real-world conditions
  • Work closely with validation teams to reproduce and resolve issues

5. Design Release & Production Support

  • Own feature readiness from development through production release
  • Manage supplier deliverables for ECUs and subsystem components
  • Track engineering changes (ECR/ECO) and ensure proper implementation
  • Support vehicle launch activities and post-launch issue resolution

6. Supplier & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as technical interface for Tier-1 suppliers and internal engineering teams
  • Collaborate with:
    • Passive safety teams (RCM / crash systems)
    • Telematics and connectivity teams
    • Cybersecurity and diagnostics teams
    • Homologation and regulatory teams
  • Drive closure of technical issues across stakeholders

7. Compliance & Standards Support

  • Understand Functional Safety concepts (ISO 26262 awareness preferred)
  • Support homologation and certification activities for global vehicle programs

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related engineering field
  • 5 –10+ years of experience in automotive E/E systems or vehicle integration
  • Full cycle product development
