This position supports a large-scale project to replace workstation PCs across multiple locations as part of a Windows 11 readiness initiative. The individual in this role will be responsible for tracking shipments, delivery confirmations, and installation progress while working closely with a project manager and a field services team handling the on-site installations.
The role requires strong organizational skills to maintain accurate tracking of all devices, statuses, and project documentation. The individual will also provide remote assistance for basic PC troubleshooting and support as needed. This includes guiding end-users who may have limited technical experience through step-by-step solutions over the phone. Patience, clarity, and a strong customer service approach are essential.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required for managing tracking spreadsheets and reporting. The position also involves coordinating with field technicians, validating successful installations, and helping resolve any technical issues encountered during deployment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
