Job Description:
Lead the design and implementation of SAP Business Network for Logistics capabilities including:
Carrier onboarding and collaboration
Freight tendering and tender response management
Freight order collaboration
Shipment tracking and transportation visibility
Event collaboration and milestone monitoring
Digital Proof of Delivery (POD)
Transportation document collaboration
Carrier communication and exception management
Logistics business network adoption and governance
SAP TM Integration & Process Enablement
Work closely with SAP TM architects and functional teams to implement:
Transportation Order Management
Freight Unit Building
Transportation Planning
Carrier Selection
Freight Order Lifecycle Management
Transportation Execution
Freight Settlement
Transportation Charge Management
Logistics Visibility & Collaboration
Design and support:
Real-time shipment tracking
ETA visibility
Transportation milestone monitoring
Event management integration
Carrier status updates
Freight document exchange
POD workflows
Transportation control tower enablement
Integration & Connectivity
Collaborate with integration teams to implement:
SAP TM BN4L integration
SAP S/4HANA TM BN4L integration
SAP BTP Integration Suite connectivity
API-based carrier integrations
EDI connectivity
Event-driven logistics integration architecture
Required Qualifications
Mandatory:
8+ years of SAP Supply Chain and Logistics experience
5+ years of SAP TM implementation experience
3+ years of SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L) experience
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP TM implementations
Minimum 1 SAP BN4L implementation or rollout experience
Experience in greenfield SAP logistics transformation programs
Strong client-facing consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications:

SAP BTP Integration Suite
SAP Event Mesh
SAP EWM Integration
Logistics Visibility Platforms
Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Automotive, or High-Tech industry experience
