Our client seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead an enterprise transformation to modernize and automate customer modeling by implementing an Anaplan-based solution. The role oversees a multi-phase program across vendor implementation, business process transformation, integration, reporting, user adoption, and deployment. The Project Manager will partner with sales, data, analytics, architecture, reporting, and technology teams, as well as external implementation vendors, to deliver outcomes that streamline operations, improve decision-making, and enable scalable capabilities for customer and sales teams.

Rate: $65.00 to $70.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of a multi-phase customer modeling transformation initiative.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and governance.
  • Coordinate across business stakeholders, technology teams, finance leaders, and third-party partners.
  • Oversee implementation of an Anaplan-based solution replacing manual customer modeling processes.
  • Facilitate project planning, status meetings, steering committee sessions, and executive communications.
  • Develop and maintain schedules, RAID logs, resource plans, financial forecasts, and status reporting.
  • Manage execution across requirements validation, implementation, testing, UAT, deployment, and adoption.
  • Drive engagement and alignment across sales, customer, finance, data, reporting, and IT teams.
  • Partner with architecture, Databricks, reporting, and analytics teams for successful integration and delivery.
  • Monitor risks and issues, define mitigation strategies, and manage escalations.
  • Ensure transition to operational support and long-term business adoption.
  • Support organizational change management for new tools, processes, and governance models.

Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
  • Track record managing complex business and technology transformation projects from initiation through deployment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive communications, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Experience with budgets, resource planning, financial tracking, and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of traditional project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
  • Experience leading projects using waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Success managing large multi-team initiatives with competing priorities and dependencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow SPM or similar platforms.
  • Preferred: Anaplan or planning/modeling platform experience; leadership in finance, revenue, sales operations, forecasting, or customer modeling; familiarity with enterprise reporting and analytics; experience with Databricks; ServiceNow SPM or Clarity PPM; PMP certification; background in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, supply chain, logistics, or large enterprise environments.
