Job Description:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working as a Business Analyst in regulated environments such as Pharmaceuticals or MedTech.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical business processes and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with Quality Management Processes and Systems in the pharmaceutical domain.
  • Ability to work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
  • Experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with product owners, technical teams, and external partners.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, including user story management, continuous integration, and continuous testing.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to map business processes into visual workflows.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, teams, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time commitments.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate, and translate business and user requirements into clear functional specifications for development, testing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items aligned with business priorities.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand functional processes and pain points within pharma quality management workflows.
  • Ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, privacy, and compliance standards in pharmaceutical environments.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system training activities, and documentation aligned with GxP requirements.
  • Gather and document functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate priorities between business and technical teams.
  • Coordinate with Technology Quality Partners and Business Owners for requirement analysis, review, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with development and validation teams to clarify business requirements and ensure GxP compliance.
  • Develop functional design documentation, process flow diagrams, and system artifacts.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure systems are built according to requirements.
  • Support testing teams in preparing test plans to validate system functionality.
