Receptionist
Location: Westminster, CO
Schedule: Onsite, five days per week
Employment Type: Six-Month Contract with Possibility of Hire
Pay: $25-$28 hourly, W2
Innovar Group is seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and callers for valued client. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organized, and comfortable managing a busy front desk environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.

Monitor the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

Assist with scheduling, conference room coordination, and basic administrative tasks.

Provide general information to callers and visitors.

Maintain visitor logs and follow building security procedures.

Support office staff with filing, data entry, document preparation, and other administrative needs.

Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies as needed.
Qualifications

Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and other office applications.

Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite five days per week.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
This is a six-month contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
