We are seeking an experienced UX Design Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of a large-scale Enterprise Design System. This role is ideal for someone who can bridge Figma-based design systems, CMS component architecture, and AI-enabled design workflows to deliver scalable and consistent digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve the enterprise design system across Figma and CMS platforms
Build and maintain scalable:
- Figma Components
- Variants
- Design Tokens
- Shared Design Libraries
Translate design assets into CMS-ready components (Sitecore/SXA, AEM, or equivalent)
Partner with engineering teams to ensure alignment between design and production implementations
Leverage Figma AI capabilities to improve efficiency, automation, and workflow optimization
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and adoption strategies across teams
Collaborate with Design Agencies, Engineering, Product, and Content Operations teams
Drive design system adoption, measure usage, and reduce duplication across digital products
Required Skills
5 8+ years of experience in Design Systems, UX Engineering, or Front-End Development
Advanced expertise with:
- Figma
- Components
- Auto Layout
- Design Tokens
- Design Libraries
Hands-on experience with:
- Sitecore
- AEM
- CMS Component Modeling
Strong understanding of:
- Component-Based Architecture
- HTML
- CSS
- React
Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments
Nice-to-Have Skills
Figma AI Features & AI-Assisted Design Workflows
UX Analytics Tools:
- Google Analytics
- Hotjar
Basic API & Backend Integration Knowledge
Design Operations (DesignOps)
Experience scaling global design systems
