Overview
Work with a premier healthcare organization undergoing an expansive corporate evolution. We are seeking a senior Business Process Management (BPM) Consultant to act as a vital strategic leader for our enterprise-wide Provider Data Transformation journey. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and newly upgraded technological ecosystems. Rather than focusing on technical programming, your mission is to wrangle cross-functional teams, identify broken operational workflows, manage end-to-end data processes, and guide leadership through behavioral changes necessary to maximize modern software capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multi-team approaches to evaluate, map, and optimize end-to-end business processes from initial data entry down to downstream impacts.
Formulate strategies to change user behaviors and workflows across diverse business units, aligning them with newly implemented enterprise technologies.
Wrangle disparate, cross-functional stakeholder pockets, aligning their efforts and eliminating operational friction or overlapping responsibilities.
Guide and consult senior leadership teams on modernizing legacy workflows, comfortably navigating organizational resistance and speaking truth to power when required.
Identify operational gaps or fragmented processes, ensuring comprehensive process documentation is established with the collaborative help of the team.
Evaluate legacy "homegrown" practices and introduce relevant aspects of industry-standard operational methodologies that smoothly integrate with company culture.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of relevant Business Process Management (BPM) or business consulting experience (a minimum of 14 years of relevant business process experience is strictly required in the absence of a Bachelor's degree).
Proven track record operating in a senior, consultative capacity with verified experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
Strong functional familiarity with healthcare industry operations, specifically within the Provider Sector or working with provider data workflows.
Foundational conceptual understanding of enterprise technologies and data structures, including Salesforce platforms, Core Healthcare Systems (such as Facets or CMS platforms), and APIs.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder resistance and influence executive-level leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Formal training or industry certifications in business process landscapes (such as Certified Business Analysis Professional / CBAP or equivalent).
Familiarity or certification in structured Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks, such as Prosci or the ADKAR model.
Forward-looking exposure or initial project familiarity with AI concepts and its operational impacts on business processes.
