We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and manage a delivery portfolio while serving as the primary point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage client CXOs and board members confidently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage large delivery programs and portfolios.
Act as the face of delivery for customers and build strong relationships.
Collaborate effectively with customer teams and internal stakeholders across global locations.
Drive governance processes and present program updates to senior executives and board members.
Leverage AI tools and capabilities to improve delivery management and create business value.
Ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer expectations.
Required Skills and Experience:
Extensive experience in program and portfolio delivery management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with global and cross-functional teams.
Ability to interact with CXO-level leaders and conduct governance reviews.
Understanding of AI technologies and their application in delivery and value creation.
Availability to join full-time and willingness to be based in Portland.
