Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Endpoint Management Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and WSUS to support a State of Texas client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise endpoint environments, software deployments, security patching, and SCCM infrastructure administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise software deployment and Microsoft security patch distribution.
- Create and manage SCCM packages, collections, applications, and deployments.
- Build custom SCCM reports and dashboards for enterprise planning.
- Administer and maintain SCCM infrastructure for optimal performance.
- Monitor and maintain SCCM client health across enterprise endpoints.
- Troubleshoot SCCM client, deployment, and distribution point issues.
- Resolve SCCM health and software deployment failures.
- Collaborate with corporate security teams to remediate endpoint vulnerabilities.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather software deployment requirements.
- Maintain SCCM boundaries, bandwidth settings, reporting, and backend administration.
- Follow ITIL change management processes for production deployments.
- Provide Level-3 support for SCCM infrastructure and endpoint management.
Required Qualifications
✔ 7–10+ years of enterprise endpoint management experience
✔ Strong hands-on experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and WSUS
✔ Experience with Active Directory, Windows OS, and enterprise networking concepts
✔ Knowledge of DNS, networking protocols, and endpoint security
✔ Experience managing software packaging, deployments, and security patching in large enterprise environments
✔ Familiarity with ITIL Change Management processes
✔ Excellent communication and customer support skills
