Key Responsibilities

Perform assessment and discovery of existing Sitecore implementations and supporting integrations.
Design and execute migration strategies from on-premises Sitecore environments to Sitecore XM Cloud.
Develop proof-of-concepts and validate migration approaches.
Refactor legacy code, services, and integrations to ensure cloud compatibility.
Identify technical dependencies, risks, and remediation strategies.
Build and maintain APIs and backend services using C#/.NET.
Partner with front-end developers supporting headless implementations using Next.js and related technologies.
Collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Architecture teams to optimize performance, scalability, and security.
Create migration plans, work breakdown structures, and implementation roadmaps.
Provide technical leadership and best practices throughout the migration effort.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of application development experience.
Hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud.
Proven experience migrating Sitecore solutions from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development.
Experience analyzing enterprise application architectures.
Understanding of headless CMS concepts and modern front-end frameworks.
Experience identifying and resolving integration and dependency challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Next.js or similar headless front-end technologies.
AWS cloud experience.
Experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform cloud environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Sitecore certifications are a plus.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate has successfully led Sitecore cloud migrations, can quickly assess architectural complexity, and possesses the technical depth to modernize applications while minimizing business disruption
