Job Title: IT Manager
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Type: Contingency
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00

Responsibilities

• Ensure the streamlined operation of the IT department aligned with organizational objectives, managing core functions including ERP (SAP), Network, EDI, and Infrastructure
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all IT-related activities for a team of 68 employees, including collaborating with executive leadership and parent company contacts
• Manage SAP modules (SD, WM, MM, PP) project scoping, planning, and migration to SAP S/4HANA, including ERP system upgrades and enhancements
• Lead IT project management efforts utilizing tools such as Smartsheet, and oversee incident management through Service Desk Plus or equivalent
• Develop and execute all EDI projects, managing vendor relationships and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Define, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, security standards, disaster recovery plans, and best practices
• Manage the deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of all IT systems, hardware, software, and peripherals
• Oversee technical support services, benchmarking, analyzing, reporting on infrastructure, and recommending improvements
• Maintain documentation of systems, credentials, and vendor contacts, and ensure compliance with security and operational standards
• Manage IT department budgets, purchasing, vendor negotiations, and asset management
• Supervise IT staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and career development
• Coordinate with management and international partners through regular meetings, providing status updates on projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor''s degree in an IT-related field or 5-10 years of related experience, or equivalent
• Previous experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP (modules WM, MM, SD, FICO) and EDI
• Broad knowledge of ERP systems, SAP management, and network infrastructure
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration preferred
• Knowledge of SQL, BI, CRM, and ABAP programming is a plus
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
• Knowledge of ISO27001 Information Security Management Systems is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams and projects under pressure
