Core Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Business Analysis and/or Data Analysis experience WITHIN THE INSURANCE DOMAIN
  • Strong SQL and querying experience (Snowflake, Toad, SAS, Python, R, Hive, or similar)
  • Experience gathering business and data requirements from stakeholders
  • Data analysis, data profiling, and data discovery experience
  • Experience creating data mapping documents and transformation rules
  • Experience supporting data warehouse, reporting, or analytics projects
  • Agile project experience
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment
  • Snowflake experience
  • Root cause analysis of data issues
  • Functional / UAT testing support
  • Experience using AI tools for documentation, reporting, anomaly detection, data quality, or workflow improvements
  • Prompt design / prompt engineering exposure
  • Hands-on SQL querying and data analysis examples
  • Requirements gathering with business users
  • Source-to-target mapping / data documentation
  • Working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
  • Prior reporting, analytics, or data warehouse initiatives
