About The Role

  • Stock Plan Services an equity compensation services division of client is seeking an experienced Principal Data Migration Engineer who can help design and leads execution of complex data migration initiatives Owns key components of migration delivery and ensures high quality outcomes

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data migration pipelines and workflows
  • Define data mappings transformation logic and validation rules
  • Lead migration execution and troubleshooting
  • Ensure data accuracy completeness and reconciliation
  • Collaborate with Product QA and business teams
  • Conduct data quality assessments and remediation
  • Support cutover planning and execution
  • Contribute to improving tools frameworks and processes

Required Skills

  • 7-10 years in data engineering or migration
  • Strong hands on experience with ETLELT tools and SQL Python
  • Experience with cloud data platforms Azure AWS
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and transformation patterns
  • Experience with testing validation and reconciliation processes
  • Ability to lead small teams or initiatives

For this role, the gross annual base salary range is$80420 to $106050 for a full-time position.
