qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience
- Senior-level experience (6-10 years) in Workday reporting and/or data analytics
- Primary responsibility for developing, enhancing, and maintaining Workday reports and performing data analytics across multiple HR systems
- Deep expertise in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
- Robust data analysis background, with experience managing large datasets for data migration efforts
- Proven ability to perform impact analysis to assess reporting dependencies, data integrity, and downstream effects of data conversions
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment with minimal direction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Workday Pro Reporting certification preferred; experience with Workday business process configuration and security is a plus
