Core IAM Experience

8+ years of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience. 

Strong IAM Architecture and User Provisioning experience.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience with a strong focus on architecture and user provisioning.

Proven experience designing enterprise identity lifecycle and provisioning solutions.

Strong experience integrating HRIS/SIS platforms such as Workday, Banner, or comparable enterprise systems with IAM platforms.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Entra Connect, Cloud Sync, and hybrid identity environments.

Experience designing provisioning solutions using SCIM, Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, PowerShell, SQL, and automation tools.

Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, identity governance, and provisioning best practices.

Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), LDAP, and Kerberos.

Experience modernizing legacy IAM environments, custom provisioning solutions, and manual workflows.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
