Civil Estimator Land Development / Heavy Civil

We are seeking a motivated Civil Estimator with experience in land development projects and a focus on heavy civil work such as land clearing, grading, drainage, and road installation.

If your background is in estimating construction or building supplies, windows, kitchens, baths, or roofs, this role is not the right fit. We are specifically looking for candidates with civil site experience.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates for civil construction projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Review design drawings, specifications, and bid proposals for accuracy.

  
  


• 
  

  Use AutoCAD Civil 3D, AGTEK, and Bluebeam for estimating and project documentation.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with bid preparation, scheduling, and project tracking.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct site visits and maintain relationships with project partners.

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Minimum of 1 year of experience in land development or civil projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with estimating and design software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and AGTEK.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

  
  

Preferred:

• 
  

  Coursework in Construction Management or a related field.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with both public and private sector projects.
