IT & Security Project Manager

In this role, you will manage the IT and physical security components of enterprise projects across a national branch network. You will be the primary liaison among various teams, including Physical Security, Operations, and external vendors, ensuring that each project meets its IT and security requirements. Your expertise will guide the successful delivery of multi-site technology deployments, including CCTV and access control systems, while maintaining stakeholder alignment and managing risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT workstream for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring technical readiness and successful delivery of technology deployments.
• Manage the integration of IT infrastructure with physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, and burglar alarm systems.
• Serve as the primary liaison among Physical Security, Operations, Real Estate, Facilities, and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
• Oversee budgeting and governance for IT and security workstreams, providing executive reporting on project status and risks.
• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting for security technology deployments as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field preferred.
• Five or more years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent IT workstreams.
• Three or more years managing enterprise physical security workstreams or projects, demonstrating experience with security technologies.
• Experience leading the IT portion of multi-site technology deployments, particularly in collaboration with construction and facilities teams.
• Proven success managing external vendors and integrators in the context of IT and physical security projects.
