Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop custom Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Power Apps.
- Design, customize, and maintain Power Pages/Portals, including end-to-end development and integration.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, views, dashboards, workflows, business processes, and security roles.
- Develop custom plugins using the Dynamics 365 SDK to implement complex business logic and automation.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions with external systems, applications, and data sources using APIs, custom workflows, and other integration technologies.
- Develop and maintain custom solutions using C#, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, and SQL.
- Deploy customizations, applications, and managed/unmanaged solutions across Dynamics 365 environments.
- Support application performance optimization, troubleshooting, debugging, and code quality improvements.
- Implement CI/CD and source control practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools.
- Develop and execute unit tests and participate in application testing and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other developers to deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Required Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 concepts, functionality, configuration, and customization.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
- Deep expertise in Power Pages/Power Apps Portals, including design, customization, development, and integration.
- Experience configuring Dynamics 365 entities, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and security settings.
- Hands-on experience developing custom Dynamics 365 plugins using the Dynamics 365 SDK.
- Experience deploying Dynamics 365 customizations and solutions across multiple environments.
- Strong experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, web services, custom workflows, and other integration methods.
- Strong knowledge of C# and .NET/ASP.NET development.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with various database sources.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with software development best practices, debugging, performance optimization, and code quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or similar software development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred / Desirable Skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD platforms.
- Experience with Git/GitHub and source-control management.
- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and automated testing.
- Experience with performance optimization and application scalability.
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform certifications are a plus.
