Instructional Design Lead – AI & Automation (Remote)

We are hiring an Instructional Design Lead to build and scale an AI & automation learning program for a large enterprise environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Design AI literacy and automation training programs
• Develop eLearning + instructor-led content (ILT/VILT)
• Build LMS-based training modules and reusable learning assets
• Translate technical and policy-driven concepts into practical training
• Drive adoption of AI tools across the organization

✅ Required:

• 5+ years in instructional design / L&D
• Experience with eLearning tools (Articulate, Storyline, LMS, SCORM)
• Strong experience creating training for technical systems or tools
• Ability to simplify complex technical content

⭐ Preferred:

• Experience with AI / automation / digital adoption training
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or Power Platform
• Experience in public sector or education environments

📍 Details:

• Remote (US-based only)
• Part-time (up to ~400 hours)
• Duration: June – August (possible extension)
