OverviewWe are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across both onsite and remote environments. This role will focus on supporting Windows systems, managing end-user devices, and delivering high-quality customer service while resolving technical issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Provide onsite and remote desktop support for Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues for end users in a timely manner
- Manage incidents and service requests using a ticketing system such as ServiceNow
- Perform new user setups, device provisioning, and decommissioning of hardware
- Install, upgrade, and replace hardware components including hard drives and RAM
- Utilize remote support tools (e.g., Bomgar) to diagnose and resolve issues
- Configure, support, and troubleshoot printers, including HP and Lexmark devices
- Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, resolutions, and processes
Required Qualifications- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems
- Hands-on experience in desktop support across both onsite and remote environments
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Experience with hardware installation, upgrades, and device lifecycle management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.00/hr.
