Senior Test Lead (Aerospace)

Position: Senior Test Lead
Location: Lynnwood, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ Months

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Lead with a strong background in embedded aerospace software testing to lead verification and validation activities for safety-critical systems.

Required Skills:

• DO-178B (DO-178C experience is also valuable)

• Functional Testing of Embedded Software

• C++

• Embedded Software Verification & Validation

• Test Automation

• Test Strategy & Test Planning

• Experience leading QA/Test teams

• Strong understanding of safety-critical software development

Preferred Skills:

• Hardware-Software Integration Testing

• RTRT (IBM Rational Test RealTime)

• Aerospace/Avionics domain experience

Candidates with hands-on experience testing embedded avionics software under DO-178B/DO-178C standards are highly encouraged to apply.
