Overview:
The Technical Lead with architecture experience will be responsible for designing and governing scalable, secure, resilient, and low-latency technology solutions that support a client Outage to Restoration (OTR) products. This role partners with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Operations, and Business Stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer and operational experiences while aligning solutions with enterprise architecture standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture and technical design for OTR applications and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership across product planning, design, development, and delivery.
• Design high-performing, highly available, and resilient cloud-native solutions.
• Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Support outage event scalability and low-latency customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Scrum Teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities to support future business needs.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor development teams.
