Summary

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Developer

Location: Irving, TX (Must work onsite 2 days/week – Local candidates preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM Cloud applications.
Develop and maintain RICE (Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions) objects.
Configure and develop approval workflows using Oracle BPM.
Design and build user interfaces using Oracle VBCS and Oracle APEX.
Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs.
Perform bulk data loads using FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
Develop reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
Support Oracle ERP Financial modules and HCM modules.
Implement and support Oracle Fusion application security.
Work with cloud infrastructure, APIs, encryption, and secure integrations.
Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management
- Payments
- iExpense
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
- Core HR
- Recruitment
- Benefits
- Talent Management
- Learning
Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Experience with Oracle BPM approvals.
Hands-on experience with Oracle VBCS and Oracle APEX.
Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
Experience with FBDI and ADFDI.
Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle database skills.
Familiarity with API tools such as Postman and Swagger.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Experience with Oracle Fusion security, encryption, and secure API/file communication.
Experience integrating Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) with Oracle Fusion is a plus.
Knowledge of FAIDP (formerly FAW/FDI) is an advantage.

Required Experience

7–10 years of IT experience.
Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud development.
Experience across analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, and production support.
Experience developing Oracle Fusion integrations, reports, and extensions.
