Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach on a contract-to-hire basis to support two cross-functional product teams focused on front-end customization and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) back-end initiatives. This senior, hands-on role requires strong engagement with Director- and VP-level stakeholders in a fast-growth environment. The initial contract runs 3 months with a clear intent to convert to full-time based on performance, cultural fit, and leadership impact.
Work Model

Key Responisbilities
* Serve as Scrum Master for two global teams
* Establish and mature Agile ceremonies and delivery cadence
* Implement Agile best practices across front-end and MES teams
* Remove blockers proactively; drive transparency and cross-team collaboration
* Support global expansion while maintaining delivery quality
Required Experience
* 6+ years as a senior Scrum Master
* Experience working with Director/VP stakeholders
* Strong Agile coaching background
* Thrives in fast-paced, scaling environments
* Operates independently with strong anticipation of needs
* Global/distributed team experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
