Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) and SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) to lead end-to-end SAP implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of logistics and global trade compliance processes, along with proven project management experience in complex SAP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP GTS and SD implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects from initiation through closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource planning aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between GTS, SD, and Logistics Execution (LE) modules.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Facilitate project governance activities including status reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive requirement gathering, and ensure proper documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and test artifacts.
• Manage integration aspects involving IDocs, EDI, and third-party systems.
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and standardization in SAP project delivery and governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP GTS and SAP SD modules.

• Proven experience managing full lifecycle SAP projects (implementation, rollout, support, and enhancements).
• Strong knowledge of global trade compliance, customs processes, and logistics execution.
• Hands-on experience with system integrations, including IDocs, EDI, and external applications.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
