Summary

Job Title: IT Project / Program Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Preferred) or Peoria, IL – Hybrid
Duration: 12+ Month Contract

We are seeking a Senior IT Project/Program Manager with extensive experience leading enterprise software development programs in Agile environments. The ideal candidate will manage multiple cross-functional initiatives, partner with business and engineering teams, and drive projects from planning through implementation.

Required Skills:

8+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
8+ years managing software development projects in Agile environments
Experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional programs
Strong stakeholder, risk, budget, and schedule management
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Confluence (2+ years)
Advanced Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Experience with project charters, roadmap planning, and organizational change management
Bachelor''s degree (graduation date must be listed on resume)

Preferred:

PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Power BI experience
Six Sigma or Change Management certification
Experience with large enterprise organizations
Ecommerce project experience

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid (currently 2 days onsite; must be open to working onsite up to 5 days/week if business needs change)
Up to 25% travel between Chicago and Peoria
