Position Overview

We are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for multiple regional, semi-local, and local routes across the Western, Midwest, and Northeast U.S. These positions offer consistent freight, weekly home time (or daily for local routes), and competitive earnings with strong benefits starting early in employment.

Drivers will operate within designated regional territories, ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations.


Compensation

  • Average Annual Pay: $75,000 – $95,000+
  • Safety Bonus Opportunities (select accounts)
  • Layover Pay: (where applicable)
  • Holiday Pay Eligibility (varies by account)

Schedule & Work Details

  • Start Times: Typically between 3:00 AM – 6:00 AM (varies by route)
  • Work Days: 5–6 days per week depending on account
  • Shift Length: 10–14 hours per day
  • Home Time Options:
    • Weekly home time (regional)
    • 1–2 nights out (semi-local)
    • Daily home time (local roles)
  • Layovers:
    • Regional: 2–5 nights/week (varies)
    • Semi-local: 1–2 nights/week (hotel provided where applicable)
  • Freight Type:
    • Mix of drop & hook and live load/unload
    • Primarily no-touch freight

Operating Areas

Drivers will operate within regional territories, including but not limited to:

  • West: OR, WA, CA, ID, MT, UT, NV, AZ
  • Midwest: KS, MO, IA, NE, IL, OK, AR
  • Northeast: NH, MA, CT, VT, ME, RI, NY

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Transport freight efficiently within assigned routes
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
  • Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid CDL-A License
  • Minimum 3 months of truck driving experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as required
  • Strong safety record and commitment to compliance
