Candidate location: No SC residency required. Candidate must reside in lower 48 states (Continental US) and comfortable working EST time zone hours.

Required Skills: Enterprise COBOL on z/OS plus Natural/Adabas (NaturalOne), with a financial/treasury accounting flavor. The tough part is the overlap. Plenty of people have COBOL/JCL/VSAM; far fewer also have 5+ years of NaturalOne and Adabas. Pooling/sweeps experience is only preferred.
1. NaturalOne (Eclipse-based Natural IDE), 5+ yrs. This is the rarest and the real filter.
2. Natural + Adabas: DDMs, descriptors/superdescriptors, Adabas file design
3. Enterprise COBOL z/OS, 5+ yrs, batch and online
4. JCL/procs/GDG/SORT/restart-rerun, TSO/ISPF
5. VSAM + Adabas, 3+ yrs
6. Financial accounting: double-entry posting, accruals, value dating, reconciliation, month-end close
7. Legacy tracing through copybooks, call chains, job streams
Nice-to-have: cash mgmt/pooling/sweeps/treasury, CA-7, REXX/Python/Java, z/OS Connect/MQ/REST
