Job Description

OurGreensboro Brown Summit manufacturing siteis ahigh-volume, highly automated facilityproducing iconic Personal & Oral Care brands. We are seeking aSenior Project Managerto lead critical capital projects that support innovation, automation, reliability, compliance, and growth across the site for our Personal Care business.

In this role, you will serve as both atechnical leader and project manager, owning projects from concept through startup and operational handoff.

What You?ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead capital programs ranging from$15-60 million. Project types may include:

  • New product initiatives

  • Capacity expansion

  • Cost savings and productivity improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead capital projects end-to-end, from early scope development through design, execution, startup, and handoff

  • Serve as theholistic project leader, balancing technical, financial, and execution priorities

  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery

  • Drive strongcapital management, including spend forecasting, tracking, and change control

  • Ownrisk managementactivities, including identifying, mitigating, and escalating key risks and issues

  • Provide effectivecommunication to stakeholdersat all levels, from project teams to site leadership

  • Manage externalvendors, contractors, and equipment suppliersto ensure quality execution and performance

  • Maintain and driveCPS trackingand other project reporting/documentation requirements

  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, finance, purchasing, and other key functions

  • Ensure projects meet safety, quality, compliance, and performance expectations

Job Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor?s degree inEngineering

  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience

  • Experience leading projects in a manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment

  • Demonstrated capability in project planning, execution, capital management, and risk management

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience working with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams

Preferred

  • Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degrees

  • PMP certification

  • Experience in ahigh-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment

  • Background inprocess/making systemsorpacking/packaging operations

  • Experience with automation, manufacturing technology, or equipment integration

  • Experience managing medium-to-large capital projects

  • Familiarity with startup, commissioning, and operational handoff processes
