Senior Project Manager | Application Development (.NET / Azure)
Were looking for a hands-on, technical Senior Project Manager in the Memphis area to take control of a high-visibility application development project that matters. This role needs a PM who gets into the details, drives accountability, and knows how to manage vendorsnot just attend meetings.
Youll step into an active build, oversee an external development partner, and bring structure, momentum, and discipline to a complex .NET / Azurebased application with multiple system integrations. Expect regular collaboration with local stakeholders and in-person engagement as needed.
This is not a passive role. We need someone who: Has led custom application builds Is comfortable pushing vendors and holding teams to commitments Runs their own numbers and reporting (Jira, Smartsheet) Can communicate clearly and confidently with executives Required Skills 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering large, complex custom application development projects Strong technical project management background with hands-on involvement in application builds Proven experience managing and collaborating with external development vendors Experience leading hybrid delivery environments using Agile/Waterfall methodologies Proficiency with project management and tracking tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong ability to manage details, enforce accountability, and maintain delivery momentum Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility project environments Preferred Qualifications PMP and/or ScrumMaster certification Experience working in Microsoft-based application environments Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience) If youre a delivery-focused PM who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to move a project forward, lets talk.
