Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FCCS Developer to lead implementation, support, and enhancement initiatives for Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, financial consolidation processes, and automation of financial close activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle FCCS implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and maintain FCCS applications, including:
  • Consolidation Rules
  • Intercompany Eliminations
  • Ownership Management
  • Currency Translation
  • Journals and Allocations
• Develop and support financial close processes and automation initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between FCCS, General Ledger (GL), and other Oracle EPM modules.
• Create and maintain Financial Reports, Smart View templates, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve FCCS data, metadata, consolidation, and reporting issues.
• Manage metadata using Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Data Management/Data Integration tools.
• Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, and automation scripts using:
  • Groovy Rules
  • EPM Automate

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM solutions with strong focus on Oracle FCCS.
• Hands-on experience with FCCS configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integrations and Data Integration/Data Management.
• Expertise in Groovy scripting and EPM Automate.
• Experience creating Financial Reports and Smart View solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud and related SaaS ERP solutions.
• Exposure to EDMCS and other Oracle EPM Cloud modules.
• Experience working in Finance transformation and cloud migration projects.
