Job Title: Java Developer/ Lead/ Architect  

Location: Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX, Onsite 5 days/ week

Position Description

Your future duties and responsibilities

·       Responsible to Lead and drive with the team with the client

·       Responsible for sound and high-quality technical deliverables.

·       Drive the direction and roadmap for the microservices architecture.

·       Provide innovative solutions to complex situations and drive outcomes.

·       Provide technical guidance and architectural assistance around Kafka, Microservices and Mongo DB integrations

·       Help the other members of the team with technical queries and guide and mentor them to develop top quality code.

·       Work in an Agile environment and adapt to the changing needs and requirements of the business.

·       Always be ready to be hands-on to develop or fix issues to deliver on time and of the highest quality.

·       Work closely with leadership and the whole Tech team

·       Work to guide team members to create test plans, and ensure the issues are properly identified, fixed and tested.

·       Develop incorporating the best practices.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

·       At least 9+ years of Java API development using Spring boot, hands-on troubleshooting and deployment experience (Mandatory)

·       3+ years of experience working as a lead and driving high quality outcomes.

·       Excellent working knowledge of Open Shift Container Platform and Kubernetes.

·       Working knowledge of Kafka will be a huge value add.

·       Experience integrating Java based applications with Mongo DB.

·       Demonstrate strong design and programming skills using JSON, Web Services, XML, XSLT, PL/SQL in Unix and Windows environments

·       Strong collaboration and communication skills within distributed project teams and in an Agile environment
