Summary

Role Overview:

We re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud to support investment management operations and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with system capabilities, driving data integration and workflow optimization across the Aladdin platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with portfolio management, risk, and operations teams to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and data requirements.
Support Aladdin / ADC configuration, data integration, and reporting initiatives.
Conduct data validation and analysis within Aladdin Data Cloud.
Coordinate with BlackRock / vendor teams for enhancements and issue resolution.
Lead UAT and system testing, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Required Skills:

Proven experience with Aladdin (front, middle, or back-office functions).
Strong hands-on knowledge of Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC) and data workflows.
Solid understanding of investment management / asset management processes.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Experience with SQL / Power BI / Tableau / Python preferred.

Preferred:

Familiarity with BlackRock Data Model (ADM) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Prior experience in large-scale system implementation or migration.
