Job Title: Oracle CC&B Application Database Administrator / Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CC&B Application DBA / Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Utilities and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting, customizing, and integrating Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing) systems within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Oracle CC&B core modules (billing, customer, meter data)
Perform application DBA activities including performance tuning, patching, and deployments
Design and develop solutions using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
Work on full-stack development (backend + integrations + reporting)
Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle SOA Suite
Create and manage reports using Oracle BI Publisher
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

Required Skills

Strong experience with:

Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing)
Oracle Database 12c
Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
Oracle SOA Suite
Oracle BI Publisher

Experience in full-stack development (Java / Oracle stack preferred)

Knowledge of utility domain (energy, water, gas) is a strong plus

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

7 12+ years of experience in Oracle Utilities / CC&B
Combination of technical + functional understanding
Experience working in enterprise production environments
