We are looking for Evergreen Deployment Technician for our client in Charlotte, NC.

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $20.00hr - $22.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Experience with larger scale deployments (1000/year or similar).
- Experience transporting and storing computer inventory following documented procedures.
- Experience imaging computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM.
- Experience scheduling computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow.
- Experience with computer refreshes, reclaiming and transporting old computers, and documenting inventory updates within HAM Pro (in ServiceNow).
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to travel to various buildings in an organization vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Complete hardware refreshes for computers and peripherals for the duration of the project.
- Transport and store computer inventory following documented procedures.
- Image computers with Windows 11 utilizing SCCM.
- Schedule computer replacements with end users through ServiceNow.
- Complete computer refreshes at end-user desks.
- Reclaim and transport old computers.
- Document inventory updates within HAM Pro in ServiceNow.
- Due to nature of job The candidate must have Ability to push, pull, or lift 50 lbs regularly.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ServiceNow & HAM Pro.
- Experience with Apple iPhone deployment.
