DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
This worker will develop a complex business mobile application. Works with the team lead, other programmers, analysts and project managers to analyze requirements and develop a new or existing application and to verify they conform to the requirements. Works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Years Required/Preferred Experience
7 Required Be able to review and interpret system requirements
7 Required Design application layout and functionality
7 Required Develop application following agile methodology and timelines
7 Required Perform developer testing for completed work
5 Required Perform debugging for reported application issues
5 Required Version control such as Gitlab
5 Required Working in a project team environment, Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
5 Required Testing to ensure basic/minimum accessibility and other existing standards are met
5 Required Maintaining effective working relationships
5 Required Consuming rest service end points
3 Required Skill writing SQL in industry standard relational databases.
5 Preferred Managing multiple tasks and priorities
5 Preferred Communicating effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of staff
