Job Description
The Family Services Support Branch (FSSB), within the Division of Social Services Systems (DSSS), is seeking a contract IT Application Tester to provide functional and technical testing support for a large-scale IT system. The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines, manage a high workload, and work independently with general direction.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), experience supporting DevOps practices, writing user stories, and working with Microsoft products. Knowledge of DCBS policies or experience with the TWIST application is preferred but not required.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test plans and execute testing for critical Foster Care and Adoption applications
- Partner with TWIST Business Analysts to review and validate user requirements
- Document defects and collaborate with the team to confirm fixes are applied correctly
- Execute regression, functional, and data testing to support releases and ongoing maintenance.
