Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SAP Direct Procurement Consultant (S/4HANA MM) on behalf of our client in Remote. This role requires a seasoned SAP professional with deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and S/4HANA Material Management (MM). The ideal candidate will lead solution design, drive business process optimization, and support complex system integrations within a dynamic enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP) processes including sourcing, procurement, and invoicing
Lead requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders
Analyze current business processes and define scalable, future-state solutions
Configure and optimize SAP S/4HANA MM to meet business needs
Ensure seamless integration with upstream (sourcing, contracts) and downstream (finance/AP) systems
Develop and implement master data strategies for vendors, materials, and pricing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across procurement, finance, and supply chain
Support reporting and analytics using SAP Fiori, CDS Views, and SAP Analytics tools
Oversee design, development, and testing of RICEFW objects
Drive solution alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in SAP, with strong focus on Direct Procurement
Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Material Management (MM) configuration
Deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP) lifecycle
Experience in vendor management, sourcing, and invoice processing
Strong experience in solution architecture, blueprinting, and business process design
Proven experience with SAP integrations using APIs, IDOCs, and middleware
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite
Background in Aerospace & Defense or other regulated industries
Experience working in complex, multi-system enterprise environments
