Requirements -
  • 8+ years of experience in managing cross geographical technical teams.
  • Hands of experience of running daily scrum meetings and following Agile principles.
  • Certified Scrum master professionals will be preferred.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and come up with solutions.
  • Expertise in using project management tools like JIRA, Jama, Chalk etc.
  • Experience of preparing release notes, driving release handoffs to validation teams, and writing business benefits associated with a release.
  • Ability to come up with quick powerpoint presentations to give a high level view to the senior leaders.
