Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Pega Developer with strong experience in Pega PRPC, Insurance, AI/ML, LLM, and Pega application migration.

Required Skills
8+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of Pega PRPC experience.
Strong experience with Pega 7.x/8.x.
Insurance domain experience is required.
Pega migration experience is required, including legacy application migration, version upgrades, data migration, and application modernization.
Experience migrating Pega applications from older versions to Pega 8.x or newer platforms.
Experience with application assessment, migration planning, testing, deployment, and post-migration support.
AI/ML experience is required.
LLM (Large Language Model) experience is required, including integration or implementation of LLM/GenAI capabilities in enterprise applications.
Experience with Pega Decisioning, AI/ML solutions, and real-time decisioning.
Experience with Pega BPM, Case Management, workflows, and business rules.
Experience with Decision Tables, Decision Trees, Data Pages, Data Transforms, and Flow Actions.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
Experience with Pega UI, Cosmos UI, and Constellation.
Experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), NBA/NBO, and Decisioning.
Experience with GitLab CI/CD and Pega Deployment Manager.
Experience troubleshooting production issues using Tracer, Clipboard, PAL, and Splunk.
Knowledge of Java, Oracle, and SQL Server.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
